Leadership@Smith Visitors Program The Visitors Program is a great opportunity to get a glimpse of life as an MBA student at Smith. The Leadership@Smith program will include a class visit, information session, networking event with students, and Smith's signature event, the CEO@Smith speaker series featuring Jim Gibbons, Goodwill lndustries International CEO. Please arrive early or on time as the program will start promptly at 12:30pm Class Description: Course examines concepts of team-building and leadership which are critical to managerial success. Topics include leadership, decision making, communication and conflict, work motivation, building effective teams, and organizational change and culture. |
